Bei uns steht die aktive Lebensgestaltung im Vordergrund. Unser vielfältiges Angebot umfasst zahlreiche Aktivitäten, die sowohl die körperliche Fitness als auch die sozialen Kontakte fördern.
Von "Fit ab 60" über "Hockergymnastik" bis hin zum "Prellball" - wir bieten verschiedene Möglichkeiten, um in Bewegung zu bleiben und die Gesundheit zu stärken. Für kreative Köpfe und Abenteuerlustige bieten wir eine Handarbeitsgruppe sowie (Rad-)Wandern, Skat und verschiedene Ausflüge um die Natur zu erkunden und gleichzeitig aktiv zu bleiben. Zusätzlich bieten wir für alle, die sich mit moderner Technologie vertraut machen möchten, PC-Gruppen an um den Umgang mit Computern näherzubringen.
